From Pillar to Post
A LIFE WITH POLIO AND LOVE
Of course it's been hard, it was hard from the day my parents were told that their third son might never walk after contracting polio as a child. Well, I did walk, albeit with a limp, but I had been given the tools to survive in the world.

My life was changed for the better at the age of eleven, when those responsible for my care decided that I would attend the Lord Mayor Treloar College, a specialist school for disabled children, and I would train to be a shoemaker.

At the age of fifty I decided to tell the story of my life, it took five years to put it all into works, but From Pillar to Post tells that story.
